The EVHA Banquet takes place Monday, January 19, 2009 at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel, Savoy Room from 7:00 - 10:00 pm.

Tickets are required to attend the EVHA Banquet. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a ticket that is needed to attend the ceremony. Tickets are $60 per person, and can be ordered online or over the phone.
