Bill Ingley
Vice President & Controller

Bill is responsible for the management of the day to day Accounting activities and has oversight of the Human Resources and Information Technology departments He is also a member of the Executive Management Team, which is responsible for the implementation of the annual operating plan and development of the long-range strategic plans. Prior to joining the Research Center in 2001, Bill was the Controller at several small to medium sized government contractors using his 18 years of experience to help them improve the accuracy and timeliness of their internal and external reporting by maximizing the use of the Deltek accounting system. He has a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. He also earned his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate in Maryland.
