NAHB Research Center Named by U.S.
Department of Energy as One of the Elite Building America Contractors -

The U.S. Department of Energy has selected an elite group of Building America
research teams to continue the Agency's work of decreasing energy consumption
in new and existing homes across the U.S., while improving occupants' comfort
and assuring home's safety, quality, and durability. The NAHB Research Center,
in Upper Marlboro, MD, was one of the winning companies that will carry that
important work forward.

Bluff Earns 1st NAHB Research Center 4-Star Green Land Development
Certification in East - 07/14/2010
The site of a waterfront townhome community located on the banks of the Indian
River in Millsboro, Del., is the first on the East Coast and only the fourth
nationwide to earn a four-star land development certification under the new
National Green Building Standard.

Two Tennessee condominium buildings have become the first recipients of green
multifamily certification under the National Green Building Standard. The
buildings were certified by the NAHB Research Center, a subsidiary of NAHB.
