You may have built the greenest house on the block ... but who's going to know about it, and, more importantly, who's going to care unless you market it effectively to your potential buyers. Because many of the elements that make up a "green home" can be highly technical, it's tough to decide how much to tell the buying public without having their eyes glaze over from tech-speak. You also need to be sure your sales team can adequately and effectively convey the "so what" benefits of the green elements in your homes.
